Relevé Gym & Dance Pte Ltd (UEN 202342410R) (“Relevé”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your choices, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

• When you contact us (WhatsApp, email or phone): your name, contact details, and information about your child such as name, age and gymnastics experience.
• When you enrol: details needed to register your child, schedule classes and handle payments, managed through our class-management system (iClassPro).
• When you visit this website: anonymous usage information such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location and how you found us. This does not identify you by name.

How we use it

• To answer enquiries, arrange trial classes, and manage enrolment, classes, camps and payments.
• To keep parents informed about schedules, events and your child’s progress.
• To understand how our website is used, so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies and third-party services

This website uses a small number of third-party services that may set cookies or collect usage data:

• Google Analytics, to measure visits and which pages and buttons are used.
• Elfsight, to display our Instagram feed and Google reviews.
• Google Maps, to show our location.
• WhatsApp, when you choose to message us.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Photos and videos

We sometimes share photos and videos of classes, performances and competitions on our website and social media. If you would like an image of your child removed, contact us and we will take it down.

Sharing your data

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the academy (for example, our class-management and messaging tools), with competition organisers when your child is entered into an event, or where required by law.

Keeping your data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you or your child, or withdraw your consent to its use. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide some services.
